To enter the competition:
1. Go to the website and select the competition you wish to enter;
2. Input your answer to the competition question;
3. Select the required number of entries and proceed to checkout;
4. Log in or register if you’re not already logged in;
5. Agree to the Terms and Conditions and complete your purchase.

You will receive an email confirming your entry.

There is also a free postal entry route available. To enter for free, send your name, address, telephone number, email address, and answer to the competition question to the following address:

Entries must be submitted via first or second class post. Bulk entries are not accepted and will be counted as a single entry. If you wish to enter for free multiple times, you may do so up to the limit of allowed entries. Each free entry must be posted separately.

Once you're logged in, tap on (mobile) or hover over (desktop) your account in the top right corner and select ‘My Tickets’ from the dropdown. Here you’ll see all your ticket numbers for the competitions you’ve entered. Good luck!

We will notify the winner via telephone or email within 7 days of the competition’s closing date. If you change any of your contact details before the closing date, you must inform us. We will try to contact you using the information you have provided. If we cannot reach you within 14 days of the closing date, we reserve the right to choose another winner and you will lose the right to claim the prize.

We do not offer refunds of the entry fees.

We do not have any subscription services or automatic recurring payments.

Some banks may categorize repeat payments as ‘subscriptions’. For example, if they see a £0.70 transaction on similar dates across months, they may flag it to help organize your outgoings.

There is no direct debit set up and we do not have your payment details stored. If you do not enter, you won’t be charged.

Be cautious: if you request cancellation through your bank, it can sometimes block all future payments to us, preventing you from entering again.

The winning number is picked randomly using PHP's random system.
